Ground Rules

• Unlike our Top 5 Wizards episode  we will not be covering the entire spectrum of magic users and only sticking with witches (sorry no boys allowed on this list!)
• Since witches have covens and often travel in groups of 2 or 3, one nomination can encapsulate a group of witches if it makes sense
• Witches do not include “sorceresses” or “magical girls” or “fairies”, etc.
• Loose definition of witches is that they an innate dark magic inside of them that can be brought out and mastered while sorceresses for example learn their magic by studying primarily.
• Does not need to be strictly fictional witches and can include biblical witches or even real witches
